How do I schedule an appointment?

If you were referred to us by your Doctor, we will contact you once we receive the referral.
Do you accept my insurance?

SIMA Voice & Swallowing Center is a boutique practice specializing in personalized, high-quality care with a primary focus on self-pay services.
We are contracted with Medicare. For patients with PPO and Medicare Advantage plans, we provide a superbill to support out-of-network reimbursement and are happy to verify your benefits as a courtesy.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.
Do I need a referral from my doctor
to be seen?

In most cases, you do not need a referral to schedule an evaluation. You are welcome to contact us directly to get started.
However, some insurance plans - including Medicare - may require a physician referral or plan of care certification for ongoing treatment. If needed, we will help coordinate this with your provider to ensure everything is in place.
If your symptoms require medical evaluation (such as visualization of the vocal cords or further testing), we will guide you and coordinate care with an ENT or other physician, as appropriate.
Do you offer teletherapy?
